How do I clean my Rubens Cube?
Use a mild cleaning agent and a soft microfiber cloth to gently wipe the surface. This will keep your Rubens Cube looking as fresh as the day you unpacked it.
Where can I use a Rubens Cube?
You can place your Rubens Cube in any indoor space. It’s designed to handle everyday use and even withstand the elements, but for the best longevity, keep it in areas with a stable temperature. Avoid spots where large temperature changes can happen, like unheated garages or outdoor spaces exposed to direct weather shifts. Inside your living room, hallway, bedroom or office, your Rubens Cube will feel right at home.
What is the return policy?
All Rubens Cubes are handmade to order, so returns, exchanges, and cancellations are unfortunately not possible. Please double-check your choice before buying.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours at support@rubenscubes.com with your order number and a photo.
For EU customers: a 14-day withdrawal right may apply to non-customized, unused products. Email us first if you think this applies.
Can I cancel my order?
That depends on how far along we are in the production process. If we haven’t started yet, cancellation is usually possible. Just send us an email at info@rubenscubes.com and we’ll take it from there.
Are any purchases final sale?
Due to their personalized nature, custom-made Rubens Cubes are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless the product arrives damaged or is not as described.
If your product is damaged, please email us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery at support@rubenscubes.com. Include your order number and a clear picture so we can assist you and process an insurance claim.
For other concerns, our team is always happy to discuss possible solutions and provide all necessary details. If a return is approved, you’ll be asked to send the product(s) to our studio in The Netherlands. Depending on the reason, we may cover return shipping costs.
When will I get my order?
Each Rubens Cube is handmade to order. Most orders are ready to ship within 2 to 6 weeks. Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link to follow your delivery.

Where are your products manufactured?
All Rubens Cubes are handmade in the Netherlands.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Are taxes and duties included in the shipping price?
No, taxes and duties are not included in the shipping price. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes or customs duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
