Return Policy – Rubens Cubes

All Rubens Cubes products are handmade to order, which means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please consider your purchase carefully before confirming.

Damages or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rubenscubes.com. We’ll assess the issue and provide a solution in line with your consumer rights.

Non-returnable Items
Because each piece is made specifically for you, all items are considered final sale. This includes:

• Custom or personalized furniture

• Sale items or gift cards

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong measurements, or style preferences.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the EU, you may be entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period under EU law. This only applies to non-customized products in unused condition with original packaging.
