Shipping Policy – Rubens Cubes

At Rubens Cubes, most pieces are handmade to order, but we also offer a small In Stock collection that’s ready to ship. Please read the details below for both categories.


1. Production Time
All items outside the "In Stock" collection are made to order. Production usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the design and current workload. You’ll receive a notification when your piece is ready to ship.


2. In Stock Collection
Items marked In Stock are ready to ship within 3 business days after your order is placed. These items are sold as-is and cannot be customized.


3. Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of the item. We use reliable third-party carriers for both domestic and international shipments.


4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after shipping:

  • 1 to 3 business days within the Netherlands

  • 3 to 7 business days for most EU countries

  • 3 to 14 business days for non-EU countries

Please note that these are estimates and delays can occur.


5. Shipping Damage
All orders are securely packaged to prevent damage during transport. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rubenscubes.com, including photos of the packaging and damage. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted.


6. Incorrect Addresses
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, any reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.


7. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Rubens Cubes is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
