Welcome to Rubens Cubes. By purchasing from or interacting with our business, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General Information
Rubens Cubes is a small independent business specializing in handmade tiled furniture. All products are custom-crafted and may vary slightly from photos due to material availability and the nature of handcrafted work.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are confirmed upon full payment unless otherwise agreed. Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Prices are listed in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are added during checkout.
3. Custom Orders
Most Rubens Cubes pieces are made to order and tailored to your preferences. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all specifications (such as measurements, tile color, and finishes) are accurate before confirming the order.
4. Lead Times & Delivery
Production times vary depending on the complexity of the piece and current workload. Estimated lead times are provided at the time of ordering but are not guaranteed. We aim to keep you informed of progress and notify you once your piece is ready for shipment or pickup.
Shipping is handled by third-party carriers. While we do our best to package items securely, we are not liable for delays or damage caused by the shipping provider. In case of transport damage, please report it within 48 hours.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless legally required (e.g. under EU 14-day withdrawal rights for non-custom products).
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, and content on the Rubens Cubes website, social media, and packaging are the intellectual property of Rubens Cubes and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rubens Cubes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from your use of our products or services will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
